Enjoy free overnight, insured shipping and seamless returns.



We offer free FedEx overnight insured shipping anywhere within the United States. To ship your order, we require your billing and shipping addresses to match, and we require the signature of an individual over 21 years old upon delivery. 

For your convenience, we can also ship an online order to your work address. We will ship online orders under $10,000 to any work address within the United States. Simply add your work address in the “Notes” section at checkout. 

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship online orders to P.O. boxes or to destinations outside of the United States. 

Returns & Exchanges

If your online order wasn’t a perfect fit, we will gladly accept returns and offer full refunds or exchanges for 30 days after the date your order was delivered, with free overnight insured shipping both ways. 

To make a return or exchange, the items in your order must be in like-new condition and have been purchased online at Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings (including engagement rings) in women’s sizes 4-8 and rings in men’s sizes 8-11 can be returned for free. Rings in specialty sizes outside that range will incur a fee for any exchanges or returns. Custom designs and items that have been engraved cannot be returned. 

Please note, any Hearts On Fire items purchased from an independent retail partner cannot be returned directly to Hearts On Fire, and must be returned or exchanged at the retail location where the original transaction was made, in accordance with that store’s policies.  

When returning or exchanging items purchases from, please:

Include the original packaging.
Call our Perfection Stylist team at 877-PERFECT to start the return process and to obtain the return shipping materials. 
Note the reason for return on the Return/Exchange Card, and indicate whether you would like to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. 
Once you receive the return materials, package everything into the largest box with the prepaid label on the outside. Seal the package and drop it off at your local FedEx for pickup. 

Hearts On Fire is not responsible for any items lost during a return shipment.
